Psychological Assessment for ASD or ADHD
A comprehensive evaluation provides more than a diagnosis—it offers a deeper understanding of how your child thinks, learns, communicates, and experiences the world. Whether an evaluation identifies ADHD, autism, another developmental difference, or no diagnosis at all, the goal is to clarify your child's unique strengths, challenges, and support needs.
An accurate assessment can help answer important questions, guide evidence-based treatment recommendations, inform educational planning and school accommodations, and connect families with appropriate services and resources. Most importantly, a thoughtful evaluation helps replace uncertainty with understanding, allowing parents, educators, and healthcare providers to work together to support a child's growth, confidence, and long-term success.
My evaluations are comprehensive, individualized, and grounded in current research. I integrate information from clinical interviews, standardized assessment measures, behavioral observations, and collaboration with parents, caregivers, and when appropriate, teachers and other professionals. Every evaluation concludes with practical, personalized recommendations designed to help your child thrive at home, in school, and in everyday life.
Assessment appointments are broken up across at least three appointments.
Session 1: 60-90 minute virtual appointment. During this appointment I will learn more about your child, their strengths, and areas of concern. Child may or may not be present at the appointment depending on their age.
Session 2: 90-240 minute in-person appointment. During this appointment, various in-person assessments will be completed. Child is present for this appointment.
Session 3: 60 minute virtual appointment. During this appointment, feedback on assessment results are given as well as next steps. Depending on child's age a separate child-only session may be held.
Cost for an ADHD or ASD assessment: $3,000.
A deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due at the time of the in-person appointment.
