I provide developmentally informed, evidence-based services for adolescents and their families.

My approach integrates attachment-based, behavioral, and developmental perspectives to understand each child's unique strengths and needs while supporting the relationships that foster growth.

 

Adolescents (13–18 Years)

Adolescence is a period of tremendous growth, independence, and identity development. Therapy offers a supportive space where teens can better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and navigate life's increasing complexities.

Common concerns include:

  • Anxiety, depression, and stress
  • ADHD and executive functioning
  • Autism spectrum differences
  • School performance and motivation
  • Emotional regulation
  • Social relationships and peer conflict
  • Identity exploration

  • Trauma and significant life transitions

 

Costs for therapy sessions:

Initial Diagnostic Assessment- 90 minutes (60 minute virtual and a 30 minute virtual follow up); $375

Individual Session/Family Session virtual or in-person (45 minutes);  $195

Individual Session/Family Session virtual or in-person (60 minutes); $260
