Therapy Services
I provide developmentally informed, evidence-based services for individuals across the lifespan.
My approach integrates attachment-based, behavioral, and developmental perspectives to understand each child's unique strengths and needs while supporting the relationships that foster growth.
Parents & Caregivers
Parents are a child's most important teachers, advocates, and source of emotional security. Supporting parents is often one of the most effective ways to support children. Therapy provides guidance, practical strategies, and a collaborative space to strengthen confidence and deepen connection.
Parents and caregivers often seek support for:
- Parenting questions and developmental guidance
- Strengthening the parent-child relationship
- Managing challenging behaviors
- Foster care, adoption, or caregiver transitions
- Medical or developmental diagnoses
- Personal histories of trauma or loss that affect parenting
- Navigating major life changes and family stress
Whether your child is experiencing specific challenges or you simply want guidance in supporting their development, early intervention can make a meaningful and lasting difference. Seeking help is not a sign that something is wrong—it is an investment in your child's future and your family's well-being.
